Well you might be true in a way…….
PiP a new feature in 2021… that’s rather pathetic. In 2022 always on display will be a new feature. My Nokia 6610 from 2002 has always on display too.

Can’t these Android users understand that these companies screw their users over and over again only because Android vendors don’t want you to keep same phone for long time. They could easily update their phones with newer OS but it would just mean them selling less phones. They don’t have ecosystem to make money from current users so they have to sell you new phone unlike Apple who prints money no matter if you upgrade or keep your current phone.

Average upgrade cycle is getting longer and longer, longer OS support is more important every year because phones and tablets are so good already, for most people there’s no real reason to upgrade anymore. Average upgrade cycle is nowdays 3-4 years.
”But for the other people, who change their phones more frequently, iPhones are not as good as Android phones, because of the higher prices.”
Disagree with this too, if you want to upgrade yearly iPhone is best choice because of the resell price staying so high. Just like you said second hand 11 Pro Max is really expensive. You don’t need to pay much to buy new model every year if you sell the old one.

But for the other people, who change their phones more frequently, iPhones are not as good as Android phones, because of the higher prices. And the lower iPhone models are not that appealing (I had some and I wasn’t very impressed; I mean there are ok don’t get me wrong, but still too expensive imo, something like iPhone SE2, 12 mini or XR). I mean, I wouldn’t recommend anything below 11 Pro Max or 12 Pro Max from Apple now. And those phones are very expensive (even the 11 Pro Max at second hand, cost as much as a brand new Galaxy S21+ in my country).
Not to mention, something like Poco F3 or Realme GT (who have flagship performances at 300-400EUR). True, after 1 year those phones are bye bye, but who cares. You will just get the next one. Lol.
Anonymous, 4 hours agoLonger software support lol. Those ppl don’t know how ios software support is scam and it… moreAnd yet “scam” iPhones get 5+ years of updates. 5 full iOS updates and generally extra 2 years of security updates. Show me a single Android device that got even 5 years of anything. There just aren’t any. Best yet is Samsung with 3+1. And that’s like peak offering. All the “but muh updates through GooglePlay” can or can as well not deliver any security updates. You just have to hope and trust you actually do. No wonder Android phone vendors just can’t bother to do better when you people are so furiously defending their garbage business practices with pathetic support. Part of which is their fault because they churn out hundreds of new phone models every year and no one can properly support any of that through software.

Long software support = introducing Android features already existing for a long time.

” What are the reasons you would switch from Android to the iPhone 12?”
55,9% voted longer software support, yeah no-one cares 😀
it’s just the fact that you guys keep saying no-one cares because you aren’t getting that long software support you are actually getting very pathetic software support.
In reality everyone wants their product to learn new tricks overtime. It just makes you feel like you got lot for return for your money. i’m still rocking my iPad Pro 2017 and it will get iOS15 too, such a great product still and when i get this kind of support from the company i’m also very likely to support them with my next product. Apple wins if you use your device long time and also wins if you upgrade often. Android OEMs are only losing if you keep your device long time because they don’t have ecosystem to make money from current users, that’s why Android OEMs aren’t giving you long support, it’s just bad business.
That’s propably big reason why people are hardly buying Android high end phones anymore, just not worth of money and people been screwed enough times.

I’ve been having the pip feature on my Samsung ever since I bought it 2-3 years ago. YouTube app can be played on half the screen or in pip which is by the way, resizable. Both options are resizable. But pip is even older. on Android because my old Sony phone had it with VLC (non-resizable)
I’m not here to choose sides even though I I would never use an iPhone, not to mention pay for one. It’s software is too limited for me.
Also, I couldn’t care less who is using what phone brand. There’s only one person that matters and that’s me 🙂
Peace, h8ers! ✌️

what, less than a year?
when android has had it for three and a half? lol?Pip on android had no improvement since 3 years. Still can’t resize the pip window. On the other hand, iPhone pip works pretty well except with youtube until now.
